Creation of a platform for Sales to create targeting and optimize call processing

Problems encountered

Blueway regularly organizes call sessions with partner companies over several days. Sales staff from both companies meet in the same place to make as many calls as possible and secure qualified appointments.

To prepare for these days, they have to create prospecting lists for each salesperson, based on a pre-defined target. However, generating these lists and allocating them to salespeople is often tedious: difficulty in finding qualified lists, checking that leads are not in the company’s CRM or Blueway, tracking calls and appointments generated during these days, wasting time between tools…


To address these recurring issues, Blueway called on Stepward to build a sales blitz management platform tailored to their needs.

So we mapped out and built a platform on Bubble, a No-Code tool enabling us to provide maximum flexibility and scalability at minimum cost, since the platform will need to evolve rapidly according to feedback. For the first version, we have implemented the following functionalities:

- User access with role management: Admin, Sales Manager and Sales

- Real-time generation of prospecting lists with telephone numbers via a targeting form

- Allocation of lists between SDRs

- Automatically generated daily call list and global view for the sales manager

- Call reporting system

- Check for duplicates with a CRM connection

DBM Partners is a consulting agency specializing in digital risk management: Cybersecurity, Digital Workplace, Information Governance, Projects... DBM Partners is constantly on the lookout for candidates on a profile basis (not on an assignment basis). However, CRM profiles have little or no presence on traditional job boards.
