Valiantys is the world’s leading Atlassian consulting and services company.

Valiantys plans to recruit more than thirty new staff in 2023. With their HR team overloaded, they didn’t have the time or the expertise to do a quick hunt for the Sales Director profile Erwan wanted. Having already waited 3 months for the job boards to produce results, they decided to entrust Stepward with sourcing and candidate hunting for this profile.

Solution

Valiantys decided to place its trust in Stepward because for 3 months their efforts on the various job boards had not paid off.

We set up a complete "candidate hunting" system to complement their inbound marketing strategy (job boards, employer branding, cooptation, etc.). Starting with a scoping workshop, Stepward deployed a system ranging from the creation of candidate databases to the generation of qualified interviews for Alexandre Waquier. Alexandre is our senior recruiter specializing in Sales profiles, who ensures the constitution of a qualitative shortlist for Valiantys. Thanks to this shortlist, produced in less than 2 weeks, Valiantys was able to continue the recruitment process internally.
