DBM Partners is a consulting agency specializing in digital risk management: Cybersecurity, Digital Workplace, Information Governance, Projects…

DBM Partners is constantly on the lookout for candidates on a profile basis (not on an assignment basis). However, CRM profiles have little or no presence on traditional job boards. Recruitment was complex, and their team of in-house recruiters didn’t have the time or the expertise to contact potential good candidates in volume and with precision.


DBM Partners chose Stepward to help them diversify their candidate pipeline.

We set up a complete "candidate hunting" system to complement their inbound marketing strategy (job boards, employer branding, cooptation, etc.). Starting with a scoping workshop, Stepward deployed a system ranging from building up candidate databases to generating the first qualified interviews for our senior recruiter Charlotte.

Charlotte puts together a qualitative shortlist for DBM Partners. Thanks to this shortlist, DBM Partners can take over their recruitment process from step 2 to the actual recruitment of a candidate.

The little plus

We have set up a real ATS in the field and onboarded the DMB Partners team so that they have a transparent view of the actions carried out. This ATS enables them to build up a pool of candidates that can be exploited even after Stepward support.
