Unistellar is developing and marketing a new category of connected telescopes: eVscopes.

In order to support their growth, Unistellar was looking for an International Trade Marketing specialist who was familiar with their environment and could evolve in a growing startup environment. The challenge was to be able to recruit this profile while avoiding candidates who were too marketing-oriented. This is a common position in the retail and luxury sectors, but not in the industrial environment.


Stepward, with the help of its outsourced recruiter Charlotte, successfully completed this recruitment mission in less than 2 months.

The Unistellar teams had already tried various job boards without success, and the need was becoming increasingly urgent. Following a scoping workshop, Stepward set up several databases, which Charlotte then scanned. We developed a contact workflow of 3 to 4 messages to trigger interviews in Charlotte and find the nugget Unistellar was looking for.
