Problems encountered

Qualiretraite is the French leader in pension reconstitution and optimization, to obtain the best pension for their customers.

They are growing fast, and their recruitment needs are very high for 2023. But their HR team can’t handle all the requests.


Stepward deployed an automated machine to increase the impact of their recruitment campaign.

Job boards were no longer sufficient, so we created and deployed the "hunting" section for their recruitment needs. The objective was simple: to provide Léa, their recruiter, with interviews with qualified people who were genuinely interested in joining them.

The little plus

We built a tailor-made ATS so that Qualiretraite's teams could monitor progress in terms of recruitment. In addition, it is the 1st important building block in structuring an efficient recruitment process.

Automate candidate prospecting and conduct qualification interviews

DBM Partners is a consulting agency specializing in digital risk management: Cybersecurity, Digital Workplace, Information Governance, Projects... DBM Partners is constantly on the lookout for candidates on a profile basis (not on an assignment basis). However, CRM profiles have little or no presence on traditional job boards. Recruitment was complex, and their team of in-house recruiters didn't have the time or the expertise to contact potential good candidates in volume and with precision.

Building a lead generation machine from a domain name

Sharpstone regularly identifies potential targets via a multitude of channels: website, events, mapping, news... However, once the target companies have been identified, they waste a lot of time tracking down the company's director through a multitude of manual actions with no added value. The time required is estimated at an average of 1 day for 100 companies. They also wanted to be able to contact more companies every month, concentrating on identifying startups rather than creating prospecting lists.
