Qualiretraite wants to accelerate its telephone campaigns to develop its business. However, the current organization is sketchy, with the telemarketer working on different Excel files and wasting a lot of time finding information and getting organized. These constraints have an impact on call volume and quality.


After analyzing the key information for the telemarketer, we set up a dynamic database centralizing the leads to be called/reminded and their key information. As a result, every day the telemarketer has a clear vision of the calls she needs to make, and benefits from a list of important features to help her:

- Automatically add calls to the dedicated view every day and call in 1 click

- 2 fields only: Lead status and comments

- Automatically add leads wishing to be called back at a different time to your calendar
