Centralization of incoming leads and automated multi-channel follow-ups

Problems encountered

Qualiretraite generates several dozen leads every day via various channels: Outbound, Ads, Website, calls… They needed a tool to centralize the flow of leads to qualify them before adding them to the CRM. Above all, they wanted the tool to be action-oriented, enabling them to carry out multi-channel follow-ups by phone and email.


We set them up with a customized centralization tool that automatically retrieves leads from their various tools, allocates them to the closest advisor geographically, and sends a contact email automatically from his or her inbox. If there is no response from the lead, it enters a telephone follow-up workflow which generates a list of calls to be made by the telemarketer on a daily basis, according to the conditions defined. For example: Call 1, if no response, follow-up in 3 days, then if no response, automatic email and follow-up in 5 days.
