A major customer in the rental investment sector wanted to be able to contact CSP+ and expatriate target groups to present its turnkey rental investment offer, with the aim of generating a maximum number of appointments with the sales team.


As Linkedin is the platform on which our identified targets can be found, we launched an automated prospecting system there.

We started with 5 accounts to test the approaches and structure the operating mode for our customer, then rapidly accelerated the system, gradually increasing to 100 prospecting accounts thanks to MirrorProfiles. Drawing on its expertise in prospecting large volumes of leads, Stepward has been managing the prospecting of 200,000 people/month for several years, without duplication, and keeping response and appointment rates constant over time, and even increasing with each passing month.

Aware of the importance of renewing our prospecting approach, we review our targeting, approaches and operating methods every month to generate more and more appointments and build a long-term relationship with our customers.

All metrics are centralized on a dashboard available to the customer and updated on a weekly basis.
