Ares Solutions specializes in putting companies looking for temporary staff in touch with partner agencies. They manually replied to e-mails sent from certain companies, which they then passed on to the temporary employment agencies of partner networks. However, they wanted to automate this process by matching incoming requests with their network of partner agencies.
Ares Solutions decided to consult Stepward to find out how such a process could be automated. The first step was to retrieve information from incoming requests.
To this end, we have set up a simple Hubspot form where companies can enter their temporary staffing requirements (position, quantity, salary, location, availability), which can then be retrieved automatically.
We then set up a correspondence between the location of the need and the addresses of partner agencies, using an API that converts addresses into geographic coordinates to calculate distance. All that remained to be done was to send the contact emails and enter the requests made in a register file, so that the automation was complete.
Stepward worked with Ares Solutions to select the best tools at the lowest cost: we were able to identify a free API that did not add any variable overhead to the use, so that the customer's workflow could be made operational.
