Prospecting campaign to recruit more real estate advisors

Problems encountered

KellerWilliams Expand wanted to accelerate its recruitment of real estate agents in more complicated low-density areas. The company wanted a turnkey solution to test automated outbound and see if it could be integrated into their strategy.


During the scoping workshop, we worked together to define the target geographical areas, the positions of interest and the key arguments needed to fully understand our customer's target market and business. We then built +30 sub-segments and dedicated copywriting to optimize campaign performance for a total volume of 12,000 potential candidates. Thanks to the MirrorProfiles solution marketed by Stepward, we rebranded 12 Linkedin avatar accounts and managed the automation of all campaigns. The customer only had to manage responses from the MirrorChat interface built by Stepward, which centralizes messages from all accounts.

The little plus

Stepward has created a tracking table for all leads, with weekly lead status updates for a continuous view of campaign progress and key statistics. The KellerWilliams teams were also able to use it to update statuses according to their exchanges, like a simplified, automated ATS.
