Problems encountered

NPS wanted to launch email prospecting campaigns to complement our Linkedin activities. However, emails were managed on OVH without any optimization or technical configuration work. As a result, some of their emails ended up as spam, and it was too risky to launch an email campaign as it was.


With over 4 years' expertise in email marketing, we know exactly what actions to take to achieve deliverability of over 99% with all email providers.

We therefore carry out an audit of the existing system to monitor performance before and after our intervention. We're switching our email management to Gsuite for better server deliverability. Next, we perform the technical configuration of the email: DKIM, DMARC and SPF so that the email is correctly configured and authenticated with the domain. Finally, our actions focus on the domain's reputation by whitelisting it with the various email filters and performing an adapted Warmup that simulates normal email use.
