UMI contacts experts in a given sector on behalf of its customers to obtain answers to a questionnaire. To test new methods and challenge their current processes, they wanted to work with experts in the field. In addition, as a fast-growing company, UMI was looking for a partner to support it from time to time.
Stepward worked with UMI on +5 projects over several months in specific niches in France and abroad (USA, Canada, Asia...) to contact targets on Linkedin and Email.
We have built up highly targeted prospecting bases, sub-segmented into each project according to country, expertise, company... to offer an even more personalized approach and messages. To get in touch with as many people as possible in just a few weeks, we used our MirrorProfiles solution to use 5 accounts per project, to meet UMI's deadline requirements. Accounts are branded according to our expertise and the messages used to optimize response rates. Finally, we created and heated a dedicated email for the UMI account, so as to be able to follow up prospects by email while ensuring good deliverability.
As the results were very good, we carried out an audit over several days at the customer's premises to compare our expertise and share our operating methods. At Stepward, nothing is a secret: we work with our customers to develop new skills and ideas.
