Building a “Recruitment Machine” and increasing recruitment velocity

Monsieur Guiz is a Product Management consulting firm. Mr Guiz is constantly recruiting for specific profiles.

Their main challenge is to be able to rapidly recruit the best profile according to a precise brief. Before Stepward, it could take more than 20 days from the sales brief to the first interviews.

Solution

Thanks to our expertise in the recruitment vertical, Stepward was able to develop a customized no-code solution to optimize Mr Guiz's current processes.

With the help of N8N, Airtable and La Growth Machine, we have developed a "Sales" machine to quickly contact the right profiles. On their usual interface, when recruiters mark a profile "To be contacted", that person is automatically launched into a contact campaign.

We also installed a reminder and information update system in their ATS. For strategic reasons, we developed the solution directly within their own tools, so that they could internalize the technology developed.

DBM Partners is a consulting agency specializing in digital risk management: Cybersecurity, Digital Workplace, Information Governance, Projects...
