Problems encountered

Gridbees wanted to synchronize their Lemlist campaigns with their Hubspot CRM without the need for manual intervention and action.

Solution

As an N8N-certified expert in tools such as Lemlist and Hubspot, Stepward set up an automated system to update the CRM according to the actions carried out in the Lemlist prospecting campaigns: Open email, Reply, Linkedin Acceptance, Linkedin Reply...

All these actions automatically appear in the contact/opportunity's news feed on Hubspot (or are created as appropriate). Lead status is updated according to customer-defined criteria. In this way, we can track a lead's progress in the campaign at a glance, and control the entire history of the relationship during a call.

Thanks to the creation of a customized workflow on N8N, we are able to adapt to the customer's operations and set up personalized processing rules that are much more powerful than the native integrations offered by the tools.
