Shaka is a startup offering complete management of your rental property project, from sourcing to rental management, including energy-efficient renovation of the property in question. Shaka is constantly on the lookout for leads, and competition is fierce, so it couldn’t afford (or want) to invest in advertising, an already over-saturated channel.

Solution

Thanks to our expertise in the real estate vertical and his knowledge of the field, we were able to build up hyper-segmented databases to save time in prospecting. Time was of the essence, as Shaka was a small organization and couldn't afford to make many appointments with prospects who were just curious. Thanks to our knowledge of webscraping and enrichment, Stepward was able to improve the accuracy of the databases. Sales Navigator was then used to identify the companies that paid their employees the best. We then deployed automated prospecting campaigns on Linkedin on 2 MirrorProfiles accounts. Thanks to this hyper-segmentation, copywriting was personalized for each target and sub-target.
